I would highly recommend Bodhi montessori. The facility has exceeded my expectations in every way, offering a nurturing, and safe environment for my child. They pay great attention to hygiene. From sanitizing hands at the entrance to well-secured play areas, I felt confident that my child was in good hands. They have impressive range of activities and each kids has full independence to make choices based on what interests them. They take the time to understand child's personality, needs and preferences. I have noticed significant improvements in my son's social and motor skills here. He has improved remarkably in self care. The staff keeps the parents updated regularly through a parent portal app called brightwheels , which includes pictures, progress reports, and notes about meals and nap times. It’s incredibly reassuring to have this level of transparency and connection throughout the day.

Our daughter started at Bodhi Montessori when she was just 3, shortly after we moved countries. The transition could have been overwhelming, but Bodhi made it so smooth and welcoming for her. The teachers and staff are incredibly caring, organized, and truly understand how to engage young minds -- not just academically but emotionally as well.
She's now graduating from Pre-K, and while we're so proud of how far she's come, we'll truly miss the warmth and support of Bodhi. It's a wonderful place that nurtures and prepares children in the best way possible. We're so grateful for everything they've done for our daughter. Highly recommend them to any family looking for a nurturing Montessori environment!

My son first attended this school when he was 2.5 years old, and he graduated at age 4. I can say with confidence, and a lot of experience, that the school is excellent. You couldn't ask for more. When he started, my boy could barely talk. We did the best we could, but for well over a year during the pandemic he didn't see anyone outside his parents, doctor, and my in-laws. He didn't have any idea how to play with other children and he was scared of other adults. We believed that a larger school with a lot of kids would be overwhelming for him, so the fact that this school is small and based on the teacher/owner's house was a tremendous advantage. I can't say enough good things about Varshini. She is the owner, founder, and teacher at the school. She has excellent knowledge of the Montessori method. She can talk to parents about the philosophy and practices at a high level in one moment and then talk to nonverbal children in a way they can understand in the next. She is so thoughtful and caring. Every part of the children's day, from their works/toys (some appear to be handmade by her) to their outdoor play area has been carefully planned and well reasoned. Having a school inside a home is actually wonderful. It feels cozy, clean, and comfortable. After all, Varshini and her family live there. Her young children know and are really sweet to all the students. Her son was my son's first friend. This school has a mixed-age classroom. Kids of different ages (2-5) all learn and play together. I had misgivings at first, but now I greatly prefer this. Children participate in teaching each other what they have learned. For the youngest, it helps them build bonds and learn to socialize. The oldest learn mastery through teaching and helping. It also promotes nurturing and empathy in children. Because of the mixed-age model, we had a blissful summer where my now-4-year-old son could proudly introduce his 2-year-old sister to the program. He was able to help her warm up to "Ms. V" and the students and teacher's aides in a very short time. He took such pride in his role as a nurturing older brother and a senior member of the class! It did my heart such good to see it! Now, thanks to Varshini's efforts, my son is reading CVC words, talking fluently about everything including even his friends and his feelings, able to count to 100, and even doing some basic math. You won't see a lot of reviews here because this is such a small, close-knit program, but don't let that fool you. This is an excellent school, with an excellent teacher.

Our kiddo (now 4) started Bodhi Montessori at 2 years. He had lot of stranger anxiety due being born during Covid era and we were extremely nervous. Ms. Varshini was very open and welcoming and in no time our LO settled in with his new friends and teachers and began looking forward to his next day! Bodhi provided an App that worked great not only for sign in-out, but also provided photos, small video clips of the kids' daily activities With clean and various options for breakfast and snacks our LO was exposed to variety of different food textures and flavors. Occasional activities with guest teachers such as petting zoo, bubble shows kept my LO excited. Lots of practical exposure and real life skill teaching without any forcing was greatly appreciated. Various activities for parents to be involved with day-day learning such as volunteering to read, unique way to celebrate kids birthday, day at the Montessori observation, parent-teacher meetings to go over child's progress were also great. Overall, we were very happy with our child's growth there and made long lasting relationships! Highly recommend this homely environment set up.

This is an excellent place for kids to learn and grow. Both my pre-schoolers worked
with Ms Varshini and she is amazing. She takes time to evaluate each kid and really Shraddha P. help them grow individually. My 4 year old son has really improved with language May 27, 2021
and writing over the last year.
I highly recommend the school.
My previous colleague Ms. Varshini opened Bodhi Montessori recently. By coincidence,
I had a chance to do one of my observations at her school during my own training.
I was impressed by the way Ms. Varshini created a well organized, aesthetic and authentic
Montessori environment at her beautiful house in such a short time. As I know her from
the Montessori school where we worked together previously, she is very passionate about
teaching young children. It was the same passion I saw when I visited her at her school.
When I was doing my observation, I was able to see all teaching areas in the Montessori
curriculum clearly on the shelves in the classroom. Ms. Varsihini had a very friendly, playful Ozgul Erol Tamur
approach in her presentations and was very attentive in her one-to-one assistance of each Jun 28, 2021
child and their needs. Children looked well adjusted to their environment and “normalized”
to me. (“normalization” is used as a Montessori concept!)
Every single child is unique and learns in a different way. There were times I thought about
some children who would do a lot better not only academically but also behaviorally in a small
size classroom. So, I would strongly recommend Bodhi Montessori for the children who feel
more comfortable and able to concentrate and learn better in a friendly environment with
smaller size.
